Bought a car from Callum at Lordans nearly a month ago. It’s been a great little car so far. No issues. Callum was really helpful, and there was zero pressure. I would definitely recommend!

From the first phone call to delivery, everything was professionally handled by Callum, all in an informative and friendly manner. Callum went above and beyond to make sure the car was what my daughter wanted. Lordans was recommended to me by my mechanic, and I will not hesitate to pass that recommendation on.

After searching for a well-priced car during the Christmas period, I finally found a great selection at Lordans in Dorking. They must have had over 50 small hatchbacks at very affordable prices. Some better than others, of course, but I could not complain at all. There was a very polite young man called Callum, who is very knowledgeable about all the cars for sale + insurance quotes, etc. No pushy sales, just an easy, relaxed buying experience. After a long test drive, we concluded a deal & Callum agreed the car would be serviced, get a new MOT & polished before coming back THE NEXT DAY for collection (so efficient). I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family who are in the market for a small hatchback at a great price!

After having 2 seriously bad dealings with second hand car dealers I looked at this companies reviews and saw such a high rating which I thought 'can these be true?'Well, yes, these reviews are exactly the experience I obtained from Callum. Can't actually fault the guy on his service from start to finish of the car purchase. Slightly concerned from previous garages, I asked and received a brand new 12-month MOT, so peace of mind that the car was fit for purpose. Slightly out of the 25-mile delivery service he offered, but he delivered without any extra cost. The car runs and drives perfectly for my needs. Callum has a really sound approach to running a car business, both in a professional and personal manner. Don't ever lose those qualities that you have.

Excellent customer support, had an issue with a van after purchase but Callum went above and beyond to help out and get the van running well again. Would highly recommend!

I went to Lordans to view a Citroën C1 and a Mini for my first car. When I arrived, Callum was very helpful and had both cars ready for me to test drive. I ended up buying the Mini. There was a light issue with the passenger window getting stuck; however callum had it fixed and sorted the same day, so I cannot fault it. I would give 10 stars if I could due to how seamlessly he made buying my first car from start to finish, even with a window issue.

Excellent! Callum is a professional, informative and extremely patient man. Bought my daughter a Ford Ka in April 2023 and have had no trouble at all. The petrol cap got stuck, and Callum was quick to send me a replacement. The car was delivered to my door. Very happy! Would highly recommend Lordans!!
